Lindo Panda Cargo ("we," "our," or "us") provides a logistics platform that allows users to ship goods from China to Turkmenistan. This policy explains how we handle your data to provide these services.

Our platform provides users with a dedicated shipping address in China. Users use this address to place orders on third-party Chinese e-commerce platforms. Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, we manage the logistics and notify the user of the status updates until the package arrives at the final destination in Ashgabat.

To provide this service, we only collect the following:

Note on Location: We do not collect or track your device's GPS location. All "location" data is limited to the pickup region you manually select and the shipping addresses provided within the app.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting lindopandalogistics@gmail.com.

Data Retention: We keep your shipment history for as long as necessary to provide support and comply with local commercial records regulations.

We use Google Firebase for secure phone authentication (OTP) and push notifications. No personal data is sold to third parties.
